Hello! Hello! Well, it appears I am not back to normal yet but we will hope for next week! I do have a great card for you today so maybe that will make up for my lack of posting! Thank you for your patience.
Remember when I said I wanted to show you some quick and easy Christmas cards to get your juices flowing and get you started on your holiday cards? Well, this isn’t one of them! This card took quite a bit of time but is sooo worth it. I might not make 10 of them but I do think I will make 5!
Okay, you may oooh and ahhh now! My husband thought it was a little busy with the snowflakes but I LOVE the snowflakes so he will just have to get over it:)
I took a closeup so you could see the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper behind the moon and stars and the snowflakes were cut out of the Glimmer Paper as well. In fact, what you don’t see if that I cut the snowflakes out of the same piece of Glimmer Paper that is behind the moon and stars!!! Yay! No waste! Aren’t those Glitter Enamel Dots adorable?!!!
I also had to do a little closeup of the Adirondack chair! LOVE this chair!!! I think it is my current obsession. At last night’s stamping class, the ladies said they would like to do a card for each season using this chair. Me too!
And of course, no card is complete without stamping something on the inside.
Because I want to get this project posted for you right away, I will add the Card Recipe this weekend. So enjoy the card today and if you want a list of supplies and sizes, come back Sunday for that!
